Cygnet wanted to raise the profile of occupational therapists for a recruitment campaign. Instead of taking the traditional route, we helped them transform a book written by their OT team into Season Two of The OT Life Podcast.

Each episode featured chapter authors sharing their specialist knowledge, hosted by Cygnet’s Director of Occupational Therapy.

The result? Over 30 pieces of content, a dedicated microsite, and an organic campaign that continues to attract listeners months after launch.

This approach not only showcased the deep expertise of Cygnet’s occupational therapists but also brought their culture and passion to life - helping position Cygnet as an inspiring place to work and grow.
