When Engage Care Talent wanted to showcase their mission to tackle the healthcare talent crisis, we decided to practice what we preach. Chris Le'cand-Harwood turned the cameras on himself and co-founder Rowan Marriott to produce an intimate three-part documentary series.
Engage Care Talent is a podcast and community all about solving the care talent crisis one conversation at a time. We wanted to lift the lid and document the building of Engage Care Talent.
So we followed Chris and Rowan across three distinct settings, documenting authentic conversations that revealed their personal motivations and strategic thinking. From a candid dinner discussion about why they're passionate about healthcare recruitment, to an early morning run exploring mindset and persistence, through to a studio planning session mapping out their community's future.
Using our own production expertise, we embraced a "building in public" approach that let audiences see the unfiltered reality of entrepreneurship. This authentic storytelling resonated with healthcare talent professionals, positioning Engage Care Talent as relatable industry innovators.
