Creating a content series that inspires the next generation of hoteliers.

Hospitality deserves more than the usual talking-head videos. For Hilton’s EMEA Graduate Programmes, we developed the Graduates in Hospitality series - a content campaign designed to showcase the reality of building a career with one of the world’s most recognised hotel brands.

Hilton’s mission is to be the most hospitable company in the world. For graduates, that means a place to thrive: to learn, grow, and imagine where a career in hospitality might take them.

Gen Z insights revealed exactly what mattered to this audience - meaningful work, continuous learning, and opportunities to mentor others. The content series was built with these values at its core.

Filmed across London, Amsterdam, and Dubai, the campaign captured authentic stories from Hilton graduates. The result was a wide-ranging content package including podcast and vidcast episodes, “demystifying hospitality” interviews, graduate stories, and programme explainer videos.

The campaign not only brought Hilton’s graduate experience to life but, powered by an integrated media campaign, also showed inside the industry and delivered measurable impact - winning Best Student Marketing Campaign at the targetJobs Early Careers Recruitment Awards, voted for by students themselves.
